Featuring a collection of cocktail recipes dedicated to this beautiful province of ours and the wonderful towns and cities that make our corner of Canada so unique.

From the northern region at the very tippy top of the province, all the way to the southern end and everywhere in between, let’s tip our trucker hats to being New Brunswickers with cocktails that feature some of our favourite locally-made Taste of NB spirits.

Brunswick Berry Sangria

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Mix wine and all fruit together in a pitcher.
  2. Stir lemon-lime soda into wine mixture.
  3. Pour into glasses.
  4. Garnish with berries.

Nackawhisky Maple Sour

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Add whiskey and egg white to a cocktail shaker and vigorously shake for 15-20 seconds until the egg white is very frothy.
  2. Add the lemon juice, maple syrup, bitters (if using) and a handful of ice to the shaker and shake for a few seconds to combine and chill the drink.
  3. Strain, add lemon garnish, and serve immediately in a glass over ice.

Grand Lakequer Blue Lemonade

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Pour vodka, liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup over ice in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake well to chill ingredients.
  3. Pour into a glass with ice.
  4. Top with Sprite or 7Up.
  5. Garnish with lemon wheel.

Gin + Strawberry QuisJamsis

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. With ice in shaker, pour in two ounces of gin.
  2. Add a tablespoon of fresh jam and 2 oz of orange juice.
  3. Shake it up.
  4. Pour ice and liquid into a glass.
  5. Top with chilled wine.
  6. Garnish with sliced strawberries and orange twist.
