Now Available: Curbside Pick Up 

Same day curbside pick up is now available at select ANBL locations!

Follow these simple steps to place your order and arrange your same day pick up:

  1. Visit ANBL.com to browse product catalogue.
  2. Call 1-877-779-7878, option 1 between 9am-6pm Monday to Friday. Have your order (product name & size) and credit card, Debit VISA or Debit Master Card information ready. You can also send us your name and phone numbers via email to kEncEmailf.dpnnfsdfAbocm/dpn and we’ll get back to you within 4 hours to place your order (9am-6pm Monday to Friday).
  3. An ANBL team member will take your info and provide your time and location for pickup. Orders placed between 9am and 3pm can be picked up on the same day (Monday to Friday).
  4. Park in one of the designated pick up spaces outside of the store at the scheduled pick-up time. (Please remember your photo ID and order number!)
  5. Call the phone number on the sign to advise you are there to pick up your order.
  6. An ANBL team member will bring your order out, check ID and place order in your car.

**Please note minimum order of $35 for curbside pick-up. Bundles (for example Buy 2, Get 1 Free) are not currently available for curbside pick-up.

Q: What stores are participating in the curbside pick up service?
A: There are 15 stores across the province participating in curbside pick up. 

Q: Why is this service not available at all ANBL corporate stores?
A: We understand there is interest from many customers for this service at their local corporate store however, due to resources we are limiting curbside pick-up to 15 locations at this time.

Q: How are you ensuring ID checks are being completed?
A: To secure customers’ purchases, everyone will be asked to set a government issued photo ID on the inside of the vehicle’s window. The store teams will conduct the age check at that time if a customer looks to be under the age of 30.

Q: Is there a fee for curbside pick up?
A: No, however orders must be a minimum of $35 to qualify for curbside pick up.

 

How to order

Q: How do I place a curbside pick up order?
A: It’s easy! Follow the steps below to place your order:

Q: Do I have to pay over the phone?
A: Yes, customers will need to provide information from their credit card, Debit VISA or Debit Master Card over the phone when placing their order. Your privacy is important to us and no credit card information is stored by ANBL.

Q: Can I order online or through email?
You can send us your name and phone number via email to kEncEmailf.dpnnfsdfAbocm/dpn and we'll get back to you within 24 hours to process your order (9am-6pm Monday to Friday).

Q: Can I change my order after I make it?
A: If you require changes to your order, please call 1-877-779-7878, option 1 to arrange for changes. If you’re unhappy with your order please keep the product and receipt and return at a later date. Please note, that we’re not currently accepting product returns as part of our COVID-19 precautions.

Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: If you haven’t picked up your order yet and would like to cancel please call 1-877-779-7878, option 1

Q: Can I call my local store to arrange for curbside pick up?
A: No, all orders must be placed by calling our 1-877-779-7878, option 1

Q: Can someone else pick up my order?
A: It is strongly recommended for customers to pick up their own order to secure all aspect of your purchase. However, when placing your order please specify if someone else will be picking up the order on your behalf and provide their name to the agent on the phone. This person must be 19+ and have a photo ID.

 

Payments

Q: Is there a fee to pick up my order?
A: No, there is no fee to use this service.

Q: I don’t have a credit card. Can I pay by etransfer, gift card or by debit, when I arrive for pick up?
A: Unfortunately, at this time we are only accepting credit cards, debit VISA and debit Mastercard. You are welcome to pay with debit or gift card by visiting our stores in person. We have taken numerous steps to help keep you and our teams safe and you can learn more by visiting here.

Q: Do I get a receipt?
A: Yes, when you pick up your order you will get a receipt.

 

Pick up

Q: What if I cannot make it there for my scheduled pick up time?
A: Please call 1-877-779-7878, option 1 if you are unable to make your scheduled time and we will arrange for a new time for you to pick up your order.

Q: How do I notify the store that I have arrived? Is there special parking?
A: When you arrive at your scheduled pickup time, park in one of the designated pick-up spaces outside of the store at the scheduled pickup time. Call the phone number on the sign to advise that you are there to pick up your order.

Q: What if my order is wrong when I pick it up?
A: If your order is not correct, please call 1-877-779-7878, option 1 to report the issue.

Q: Can I arrange for delivery?
A: At this time we do not have delivery.

Q: Can a taxi pick up my order?
A: Yes, however you will need to make these arrangements with the taxi company.

Q: When will my order be available?
A: When you place your order you will be given a specific time to pick up your order. Orders placed between 9am and 3pm can be picked up on the same day (Monday to Friday). Pick up times will be before 6pm Monday to Friday.

Q: Can someone else pick up my order?
A: When placing your order please specify if someone else will be picking up your order for you. This person must be 19+ and have a photo ID.

 

Products available

Q: Are all of your products available to order through this service?

A: Most products are available, however products and quantities do vary by store. Not all bundle promotions (for example Buy 2, Get 1 Free) are available for curbside pick up. Products exclusive to our EXPÉRIENCE by ANBL store, located in Moncton, are not eligible for curbside pick-up. 

Due to exceptionally high demands on certain summer products, orders that include the products listed below will only be accepted between 9-10AM from Monday to Friday (call or email). These restrictions are in place to manage the huge demand these items have generated with our customers.   

Although agents taking phone calls and answering e-mails sent to  kEncEmailf.dpnnfsdfAbocm/dpn do their best to have products set aside for curbside orders, 100% of fulfillment cannot be guaranteed.

Q: What if something isn’t available from my order?
A: You will be advised by the ANBL representative if a product and/or quantity for such is available or not at the time the order is being placed. If discrepancies occur while completing the order at store level, a representative will make 3 attempts to contact and advise customers by phone. In any case, customer’s credit card will only be charged for the product received.

Q: If I order something from the cold room, will it be cold when I receive it?
A: We will do our best to keep your cold room products cold however, we can not guarantee that products will be cold upon pick up.
