Baileys Coffee Slushies

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Fill an ice cube tray with 2 1/2 cups cold brew. Freeze until solid, 3 hours
  2. Combine frozen coffee cubes with remaining 1/2 cup cold brew, milk, Baileys, and Absolut vodka in a blender and blend until smooth
  3. Drizzle chocolate and caramel sauces into each of your glasses
  4. Divide slushy evenly between glasses
  5. Top with whipped cream, more caramel and more chocolate

 


Caramel Berry Snickerdoodle Martini

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 c. caramel, warmed
  • 2 tbsp. cinnamon sugar
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • ¼ cup BOMBAY BRAMBLE »
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Ice
  • Whipped cream, for garnish
  • Cinnamon sticks, for garnish

Steps:

  1. Place caramel on a plate and cinnamon sugar on another
  2. Dip rims of martini glasses in caramel, then in cinnamon sugar
  3. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, heavy cream, BOMBAY BRAMBLE, and cinnamon
  4. Shake well for 30 seconds
  5. Pour into glasses and top each one with whipped cream and a cinnamon stick

 


Cranberry Mimosas

Ingredients:

  • 1 lime, halved
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. sweetened cranberry juice
  • 1 bottle CHAMPAGNE »
  • 12 fresh cranberries
  • 4 small sprigs fresh rosemary

Steps:

  1. Line champagne flutes with lime and dip in sugar
  2. Pour 1/4 cup cranberry juice into each glass and top with champagne
  3. Use a toothpick to poke a hole through cranberries. Thread rosemary skewer through cranberries and garnish mimosas

 


The Grinch

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Rim glass in red sugar
  2. Fill glass with ice
  3. Add lime liqueur and rum
  4. Top with lemon lime soda
  5. Stir gently
  6. Top with maraschino cherry

 


White Chocolate Peppermint Cocktail

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Combine vodka, Schnapps, white chocolate liqueur and milk/cream in a shaker
  2. Shake til combined and smooth
  3. Pour into glass, add ice and top with whipped cream
  4. Sprinkle with crushed candy canes

 


Cinnamon Maple Whisky Sour

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ ounces CROWN ROYAL CANADIAN
    WHISKY »
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 2 to 4 teaspoons maple syrup, to taste (I like 3 teaspoons, which is the equivalent of ½ ounce or 1 tablespoon)
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon

Steps:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker or mason jar about two-thirds full with ice. Pour in the bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup and a pinch of ground cinnamon. Securely fasten the lid and shake well.
  2. Pour fresh ice into your cocktail glass and strain the cold whisky sour mixture into the glass. Enjoy!

MERRY MIXER

Ingredients:

  • 1 sliced orange
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 2 cup cranberry juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 cups Sprite

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher or punch bowl over ice.

 

MERRY MULE-TIDE

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. cranberry juice
  • 1/2 oz. lime juice
  • 5 oz. ginger beer
  • cranberries

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a Moscow Mule cup and stir to combine. Top with cranberries.
