ANBL team members are always giving back to communities throughout New Brunswick. In 2019 they donated over 7,000 hours through volunteerism and acts of kindness. They also enjoy several 'fun days' in-store, such as "Get Pink’d" on Valentines' Day in support of the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation and "Plaid for Dad”, on the Friday before Father’s Day, in support of Prostate Cancer Atlantic. Every year, eligible ANBL employees are also given a paid day of leave to volunteer within the non-profit sector.
