Sazerac- Absente to rinse glass
- 1 ¼ oz Canadian Club 100% Rye
- 1 ¼ oz Courvoisier VS
- 1 sugar cube
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Rinse a chilled rocks glass with absinthe. In a mixing glass, muddle a sugar cube with a few drops of water and bitters. Add the rye and cognac and fill with ice. Stir well and then strain into rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Mint Julep-1 ½ oz Elijah Craig Small Batch
-1/2 oz mint syrup
-1 sprig fresh mint
Combine ingredients and generously fill with ice and then garnish with mint sprig.
