Coolers and Garnishes HEADER EN

Up your garnish game! Feel like a real mixologist in your own home by serving these pre-mixed favourites in a new and exciting way! Your friends will never know these beautiful cocktails weren’t from scratch.

Scored Citrus Peel

Lightly score the outside of your lemon in a crosshatch pattern before peeling. Scoring the peel before serving releases the natural oils of the fruit, adding to the perfect lemony flavour in this drink. Use a sharp pairing knife to create an attractive and practical design.

Edible Stir Sticks

Spear a sprig of rosemary through a few raspberries for a garnish that's both striking and delicious. The rosemary compliments the raspberry in the drink by adding a savoury aroma.

Herbed Ice Cubes

Freezing garnishes in ice not only looks high-end but adds subtle flavours to your drink. For these cubes we chose basil to compliment the strawberry flavour. Pro tip: boiling the water (and then allowing to cool slightly) before freezing results in crystal clear ice cubes!

Caramel & Sugar Rim

It would be hard to find a better pair than apples and caramel. These flavours pair perfectly for this cider garnish combo! Add about a tablespoon of caramel to one plate and sugar to another. Gently roll the rim of your glass through the caramel and then through the sugar. Pour in a crisp cider, like the one pictured, and you’ve got an elevated sweet treat.
