Basil Strawberry Margarita
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup tequila
- 2 oz orange liqueur
- 2 limes, juices
- 2 sprigs of basil
- Ice
- Salt
Rim glasses with salt and fill with ice. In a blander combine strawberries, tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice and blend until combined. In a pitcher, add chopped basil and muddle to release flavours. Pour in blended ingredients into pitcher. Serve over ice in salt rimmed glasses.

The Back Garden Fizz
- 1 oz gin
- Lime slices
- Blueberries
- Fresh Mint
- Cucumber simple syrup
- Soda water
Cucumber simple syrup - 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water boiled together until the sugar is dissolved. Stir in 6 peeled cucumber slices and remove from heat to cool.
Muddle 3 mint leaves and 2 lime slices together with a few of the blueberries at the bottom of a glass. Add ice, gin, simple syrup and top with soda. Add a few more blueberries and stir to combine.

Strawberry Slush
- 3 cups fresh strawberries
- 1 can frozen lemonade mix
- 1 cup vodka
- 3 cups ice
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with lemons and strawberries.

Blackberry Mule
- 1/4 cup blackberries
- 4 mint leave
- 3 lime slices
- 2 oz vodka
- Ginger beer
Muddle ingredients together then shake with ice. Strain into a glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with remaining blackberries and mint.
