2 oz tequila 
1 oz fresh lime juice 
2 oz fresh grapefruit juice 
2 oz club soda 
1 tsp sugar 
Salt 
 
Rim glass with salt. Add tequila, lime juice, grapefruit juice, and sugar to the glass and stir until sugar is dissolved. Fill the glass with ice and top with club soda.  Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and serve.

Fajitas

 

2 lb. chicken breast, thinly sliced 
2 small onion, sliced 
2 red bell pepper, sliced 
2 green bell pepper, sliced 
1 cup tequila 
½ cup triple sec 
Juice of 4 limes 
½ cup vegetable oil 
2 teaspoon cumin 
1 teaspoon coriander 
2 teaspoon salt 
1 teaspoon black pepper 
¼ teaspoon cayenne 
 
1. Bring all ingredients together in a bowl and let sit refrigerated overnight 
2. In a skillet over high heat add all ingredients (including liquid from bowl). 
3. Sautee until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender-crisp (about 5 minutes total) stirringly regularly. 
4. Serve with warm tortillas, lime, and cilantro.
