Prosecco Rosé DOC: The future is pink, bubbly, and bright.

This is a story about two favourites coming together to create an all-new instant classic. A varietal blending of comfortably bubbly Prosecco with deliciously fruity rosé, resulting in the aptly named Prosecco Rosé.

Not to be mistaken for sparkling rosé, Prosecco Rosé is the official take on this pleasing fusion. To be considered Prosecco Rosé, it must come from the Valdobbiadene region of Veneto, Italy, and contain 85-90% Glera grapes, in combination with 10-15% Pinot Noir grapes. These are specifications brought forth by the Prosecco Denomination of Controlled Origin (DOC) Consortium, the governing body of all Prosecco production.

Once you pop open that first bottle, expect the crisp fruit and floral essence you already know, along with notes of red fruits, citrus, and honeysuckle.
