If you don't know that organic wine is a huge trend in the wine world - allow us to help: organic wine is a huge trend in the wine world. As is the case with many goods and services, people want "natural". It is viewed as healthier, better quality, and simply "better" in the eyes of many customers. Unfortunately, there is also a lot of misformation on this topic due to various laws, regulations, etc. across the world - but hopefully we will clarify a few items for you.
Organic wines are meant to show what Mother Nature is capable of. Now, that being said - she is still getting a ton of help from grape growers and winemakers, but she gets most of the credit. By using natural fertilizers, no pesticides, added sulphites, etc. - it gives the winemakers more "natural" grapes that show off the regions' TERROIR (remember that word?). Deep red with purple hues this wine displays good intensity of dark berry fruit aromas interwoven with succulent plums and black cherry. The palate is full and opulent with luscious flavours following the initial impression of plums and black cherry with a hint of spice. The finish is soft, mouth filling and long.
Serve it with: beef tenderloin, meat pie or strong hard cheese.

The wine enters with juicy red berry flavors and offers a soft, yet full, mouth feel. You’ll find velvety chocolate in the finish which is a rich contrast to the dark fruit flavours of plum and blackberry.
Serve it with: grilled steak or spaghetti and meatballs
Bonterra Chardonnay Organic / Biologique 750 ML
An initial impression of rich, buttery cream quickly turns to aromas of honey and lightly toasted almonds, followed quickly by tropical aromas of pineapple and citrusy lemon. The wine is refreshing on the palate with a vibrant tartness and lemon zest that is absolutely Bonterra Chardonnay.
