Christmas Mimosas


Set fresh cranberries aside and mix all other ingredients in a large punch bowl. Use frozen cranberries to keep chilled (instead of ice) Serve in wine glass and garnish with fresh cranberries and rosemary.

Espresso Martini


  • 2 oz Grey Goose
  • 1 oz Kahlua
  • Chilled espresso or iced coffee
  • Coffee beans (for garnish)

In a cocktail shaker, add Grey Goose, Kahlua, espresso or coffee and 2-3 ice cubes. Shake well until cold and frothy. Serve in martini glass and garnish with 3-4 coffee beans.

Enjoy it with chocolate shortbread cookies

Irish Eggnog Coffee


Stir sugar into coffee. Let it cool and pour into a large pitcher with eggnog, irish cream and brandy. Pour into individual mugs and garnish with nutmeg.

Holiday Spritzer Punch


  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries
  • 2 oranges, sliced
  • 8 sprigs of fresh Rosemary
  • 2 1/2 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups ginger ale
  • 2 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 2 cups Tito's Handmade Vodka

Mix cranberry juice, ginger ale, orange juice and vodka together in large punch bowl. Stir well and serve individually, garnishing with rosemary, cherries, orange slices and cranberries.

Enjoy it with citrus salad

Irish Coffee


Press brown sugar on to bottom of mug. Add Irish cream and coffee liqueur. Top with hot coffee. Garnish with whipped cream and serve hot.

Enjoy it with maple granola

Apple Cider Mimosa


  • 8 1/2 cups apple cider
  • 1 bottle Bodacious Bubbles
  • 6-8 apples, sliced
  • 6 cinnamon sticks (for garnish)

Mix apple cider and sparkling wine in large pitcher and stir well. Serve mixture in wine glass with sliced apples and cinnamon stick as garnish.

Enjoy it with French toast
