Frozen Treats HEADER EN


The sizzilin’ days of summer call for one thing to cool down – frozen treats! Here’s some of our go-to frozen cocktails and poptails (aka adult popsicles). Which one is your new fave?



Rosé Ice Pops

  • 1 ½ cups strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1/3 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 bottle of rosé
  • 1/2 cup ruby red grapefruit juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Purée all ingredients together until smooth. Strain to remove seeds. Pour strained purée in popsicle molds and freeze overnight.


Make it with:



Frozen Peach Bellini

  • 2 cups peaches, frozen
  • 1 cup mango nectar
  • 1 bottle sparkling wine

Blend peach slices and mango nectar until smooth. Pour into Champagne flutes and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a peach slice.

Pale Ale Poptail

  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup pale ale

Mix all ingredients together until sugar is dissolved. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.


Make it with:



Paloma Frio

  • 1 bottle of Mexican beer
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Grapefruit soda

Blend beer and ice until slushy. Rim a glass with salt, add slushy mix and top with grapefruit soda.


Make it with:



    Aperol Spritz Poptail

    • 3/4 cup Aperol
    • 1/2 cup Prosecco
    • 1/4 cup orange juice
    • 1/4 tsp orange zest

    Combine Aperol, Prosecco, orange juice and orange zest in a bowl. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.

    Make it with:



    Frozen Mudslide

    • 1 oz coffee liqueur
    • 1 oz vodka
    • 1 oz Irish cream liqueur
    • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream

    Blend all ingredients until smooth (add some crushed ice if you want it thicker). Pour chocolate syrup on the inside of the cocktail glass then add the blended mixture.

    Arnold Palmer Popsicle

    • 1 cup lemonade
    • 1 cup iced tea
    • Lemon slices

    Combine lemonade and iced tea. Add lemon slices to popsicle molds and top with lemonade mixture. Freeze overnight.

    Make it with:



    Maple Cider Slushie

    • 1/2 cup cider
    • 1 oz bourbon
    • 2 tbsp maple syrup
    • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
    • Ice cubes

    Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with an apple slice.
