Enjoy these fun cocktails, inspired by hot weather and made with some of ANBL’s new, exciting summer products.

Vodka Soda Sangria

Vodka Soda Sangria

750ml bottle of white wine (recommend pinot grigio or sauvignon blanc)
3 x 355ml cans of Palm Bay 0g Blackberry Lemon Vodka Soda (or your favourite seltzer)
1 lemon sliced*
1 lime sliced*
1 cup raspberries*
*Substitute with any fruit you like


Rinse all the fruit, and thinly slice lemon and lime. Add all fruit to a pitcher and pour in white wine. Chill for at least 4 hours. When you are ready to serve, pour sangria into a glass and top with White Claw seltzer.

White Claw Slushie

White Claw Slushie

1 ½ cups of ice
1 ½ cups frozen cherries (or substitute with strawberries, blackberries, or other desired fruit)
1 can 355ml White Claw Black Cherry
2 oz vodka

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well. Serve in a chilled glass. 

Make it with: WHITE CLAW BLACK CHERRY 6 C

Rosé Popsicles

Rose Popsicles

½ bottle of Rosé 
½ cup raspberries
1 cup strawberries
1 tablespoon sugar
Popsicle mould & popsicle sticks are required

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into popsicle moulds, insert popsicle stick into each mould, and freeze for at least 6 hours. Enjoy with a glass of Rosé, if desired, or try dipping in melted chocolate!

Orange Vanilla Rum Float

Orange Vanilla Rum Ice Cream Float

2oz Captain Morgan Orange Vanilla Twist Rum
12 oz Orange soda
2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Pour rum and soda into large glass. Add 2 scoops of ice cream and enjoy!

Make it with: CAPTAIN MORGAN ORANGE VANILLA TWIST 750ML

Hard Blue Slush

Hard Blue Slush

1 can Mike’s Hard Blue Freeze

 

Place can of Mike’s Hard Blue Freeze in freezer for 2-3 hours, then pour into a glass to enjoy as a slush.

 

Make it with: MIKES HARD BLUE FREEZE 473ML

Strawberry Beer Punch

Strawberry Beer Punch

¾ cup strawberries- halved
1 lemon- sliced
1 can frozen pink lemonade concentrate
2 cans of Bud Light Strawberry Lemonade 355ml
½ cup gin

 

Combine all ingredients in a large punch container. Pink lemonade concentrate is added as is and should not be combined with water. Serve over ice.

UNGAVA BEE’S KNEES

Drink

2oz Ungava Gin

¾ oz lemon juice

¾ oz honey syrup (1:1 honey to water)

 

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice, shake hard and double strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

 

Make it with: UNGAVA CANADIAN PREMIUM GIN 750ML

 

 

GIN & TONIC

Drink 2

1.5oz gin

5oz Fever Tree tonic

Garnish- as desired

 

Pour the gin in a wine glass filled with ice. Top with tonic water and stir. Add in any garnish you desire. Some suggestions are lime & lemon wheels or raspberries & blackberries.

SUNNY BASIL SMASH

SUNNY BASIL SMASH 2

2oz Ungava Gin

½ oz simple syrup

1oz fresh lemon juice

Fresh basil

Sparkling water

 

Muddle gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and basil in a collins glass. Add ice, top with sparking water and stir.

EASY VODKA SODA

Easy Vodka Soda 2

1 oz Absolut flavoured vodka- try Lime or Grapefruit

3 oz Soda water

Garnish with grapefruit wedge or lime wheel.

 

Combine vodka and soda water in a high ball glass filled with ice. Garnish as desired.

 

Make it with: ABSOLUT GRAPEFRUIT 750ML

SPICED RUM PUNCH

SPICED RUM PUNCH 2

2oz Orange juice

2oz Pineapple juice

2oz Rum

Combine ingredients in a glass over ice. Garnish as desired.

Make it with: BACARDI SPICED 1140ML

 

 

FROZEN PINA COLADA
FROZEN PINA COLADA 2

2 oz white rum

1 oz pineapple juice

1 oz cream of coconut

1 ½ cups of ice

Garnish: pineapple wedge

 

Place rum, juice, cream of coconut, and ice in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into hurricane glass and garnish as desired.
